- 2-Layer to 8-Layer Cushioned system.
ACRYLIC COURT
( 5 LAYER )
Step 1: Surface preparation
Step 2: Opening out visible hairline cracks and applying CRACKFILLER wherever required followed by applying one primer coat of PROPRIMER on total area.
Step 3: Two coats of PROSEALER (Resurfacer)
Step 4: After curing further applying two coats of PROCOAT (colour) on total area with line marking. 1st court consist of color mixed with silica sand and 2nd coat consist of color only.

Step 1: Surface preparation
Step 2: Opening out visible hairline cracks and applying CRACKFILLER wherever required followed by applying one primer coat of PROPRIMER on total area.
Step 3: Further applying one coat of PROSEALER (Resurfacer).
Step 4: Then followed by 3 layers of Cushion Redimix with cushion (rubberized) and one coat Resurfacer seal coat
Step 5: After curing further applying two layers of PROCOAT colour on total area with line marking (game marking ). 1st court consist of color mixed with silica sand and 2nd coat consist of color only.
ACRYLIC COURT PU
( 5&8 LAYER )
Step 1: Surface preparation
Step 2: Opening out visible hairline cracks and applying CRACKFILLER wherever required followed by applying one primer coat of PROPRIMER on total area.
Step 3: Two coats of PROSEALER (Resurfacer)
Step 4: One layer of PU Primer
Step 5 : After drying of PU Primer 2 layer of PU Paint.
